When purchasing from them they insert additional, unwanted products into the sales contract to inflate their profits. Then when supposedly done it takes another 30 minutes for them to finish the paperwork after you refuse to do any of their additionally recommended maintenance. It may be a function of under-staffing causing customer service to suffer. More
