I noticed that our 2017 Highlander had some brake noise and we were leaving for a road trip on Sunday and it was Friday. I contacted my service manager, Gary P., and he told me to bring it right in. Service was done in a timely manner. However, when I went to retrieve my vehicle, there were numerous workers standing around, playing on their phones and talking to each other. The one "Valet" was left to try to assist all those looking to pick up their vehicles. If the help is going to be standing around talking and playing on their phones, they should at least go some place where they are not seen or heard. More
