Mediocre service during my last visit. Had an appointment for 200,000 service and tire rotation. An hour and half later, I inquired about status of service and if any issues were found. The attendant told me that it would be another hour and fifteen minutes before my car would even be checked. About 40 minutes later my car was “done” - no issues, recommendations, etc. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to pay for the rotation. I don’t know if I should be glad or suspicious of the service. The very clean & welcoming entrance immediately assured me that my car was going to be taken care of by professionals. People are very busy but attend to your needs within moments. This was a battery check-up offered on line. So glad I did it! The car battery was about gone and I was about to leave for a road trip. With this cold weather there would have been problems.
