Had a 12pm appointment scheduled, arrived 15 min early. Never got checked until noon. The car was returned 1:45 ish. Almost 2 hours for an oil change!!!! It’s to long. More

Why would the Toyota not service the fluids in the vehicle, yet reduced the air pressure in all the tires to 32psi when the recommended psi by the factory is 36psi?
