AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park - Service Center

I just wish someone could be honest about the wait time for service PLUS prepare me fot what to expect when I arrive. I wasn't told that I would need to "get in line" just to get a number for service and t for service PLUS prepare me fot what to expect when I arrive. I wasn't told that I would need to "get in line" just to get a number for service and that any "problems" would be taken care of before my ordinary service visit. I was told, after I asked, that it would be 90 minutes (after sitting in line to get acknowledged for over 30 minutes) but it was 2 1/2 hours longer. It would have been longer, but I finally inquired and surprise, surprise my car was done!!! The biggest surprise was that they didn't find anything wrong that would add to the service charge! I would not have minded waiting or even leaving my car if SOMEONE would just be honest about the wait time....I had an appointment for 11am and left the dealership after 2pm....and this was for a 90 minute service call....now I know why I kept putting this off! More

We were served exactly on time, even though there was a long lines of cars. Mark took the information, ordered Lift fir us. He ordered Lift again. Exactly in 4 minutes how was in the message car was waiting for us. Mark gave us very sorrow explanation what was done. We were happy and drove home.
