2 & 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Worst experience ever at a dealership. This is a reflection of feckless management. I wasn’t the only poor fool to wait an unreasonably long wait for simple services. How can you allow this to happen? The service righters were nothing but apologetic for the first two hours then when I voiced my extreme disappointment all but one disappeared. Finally I walked to the services bay to find out for myself what was going on. There were three technicians sitting around socializing. Three techs for all these cars… unbelievable! I don’t understand how anyone would work at this outfit. If I were a service righter I would be so embarrassed. You have a problem, fix it! I would appreciate a reply.
