Took my car in for its one-year checkup/oil change, etc, and all was done in less than an hour. However, I was there 15 minutes before the shop opened and pulled right in and then had to wait 20 minutes be and all was done in less than an hour. However, I was there 15 minutes before the shop opened and pulled right in and then had to wait 20 minutes before the person who was assigned my car came to get info and car in for service.....cars on the right side and behind me were assisted before my person even came out. Don't know why people aren't "checked-in" as they arrive as no one could have had an appointment before me since mine was made first thing after they open and was made 4 months earlier. Other than that, the service itself was quick and all personnel were friendly. Even though this service call wasn't done timely from arriving, it was good and has always been better in the past and I do recommend them. More

Service advisor Rocky was great she went beyond to make sure I got out in a reasonable time, but the technician was very slow (not done in an hour). I was very pleased before, during, and after my appointment at the Toyota dealership service department. Robert Rymer was an excellent service manager for me. I had asked if the car would be finish appointment at the Toyota dealership service department. Robert Rymer was an excellent service manager for me. I had asked if the car would be finished within an hour and it was done, since I had an appointment to get to within 30 minutes. When I was leaving two gentlemen talked to me on the way out and were very friendly asking me about my experience. Their names are Luka Sevo and Joanis Abrashi. They wanted to know if I wanted to sell my car. I told them no; however, it was a great conversation with them. I am so happy to be driving a Toyota Corolla, 2020 car.
