i have had few good experiences at this dealership. I will give good ratings to the Service line Manager. The initial issue this time was a lack of communication. I had to drop off my car half hour before appt. time. I was assured by Robert the night before that I could do that. When I got there it took 3 people to get things straightened out. One, who told me he was an appraiser for used cars . should not be let loose around customers. When he got to me I said, this is why i hate coming here. He told me i could take my car somewhere else in a surly tone. Instead of de-escalating the moment he escalated it. I had to get to my job and was not happy. I wasn't told they could offer me a Lyft to my job or that I could take the shuttle. I wasn't called to say they couldn't fix my car that day. I finally called around 4 (my appt. was for 8:30). I have in the past waited more than 45 minutes for the shuttle. My daughter had a similar experience. The Lyft is the one nice addition. Lori (I think that''s her name) listened to my concerns when i got there to pick up my car. She was excellent. More
