I have bought 3 cars here. This last visit with my 6 month old car was the worst service ever ! I had a tire that kept losing air. Two young people said " Don't see a nail." Came back later and had to pay $286 for a new tire which had a roofing nail in it ! I had a manager tell me the spot on my panel below my radio was from hand sanitizer! Next visit was told they are actually cracks. Don't have any idea how that happened and of course not covered by warranty! Called on Manager who gave me her card and said to call her on her private line . 5 times I called and left messages and she never called back. Talked to someone in service department who said, " I'll make sure she calls you today." No one called. Finally took car back and met Hope ( aptly named ) as she was my only hope ! Will never buy a car here again. Service in this country is nearly a thing of the past ! There are all kinds of employees just sitting around talking at Autonation Toyota. More
I had 2 major questions on routine 6 months maintenence. The initial contact service writer was extremely helpful on correcting my on/off reading on dashboard. He referred to his own trucks function. For over 10 years now I have been coming to this dealership for service and I'm happy to say that every service I've had was great!! Today I met Patrick Hernandez. He gave me an excellent service and his personality was great as well. I'm very pleased with my headlights after being detailed. I also did oil change and tire rotation. I couldn't ask for more. The service department is very thorough when performing routine maintenance and inspections. The advisors are constantly changing. I took my 2021 Toyota Rav 4 in for its 18 month service I was greeted promptly, and even though they were very busy everything with smooth and quickly. Two different employees wanted to know if I wanted to sell my car and I said NO, I love my Toyota. It is a choice car as it barely has 6,000 miles on it. They changed the oil & filter, rotated the tires, checked everything else. I had mentioned my wiper blades were not wiping clean and they changed the blades. I was charged nothing. Great place to buy a car (my third) and truly have a great service department as well. I was there barely an hour. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend. More
My car has been mess up, drained the break fluid and I was told it can be fixed for $2,000. I was told my car is not drivable, but I drove my car to the dealership that day,, was waiting and waiting from was told it can be fixed for $2,000. I was told my car is not drivable, but I drove my car to the dealership that day,, was waiting and waiting from home to be pick up and was never called in, so I called back why they never call me, so I just drove back with my husband. And I take my car to a different shop and my car was fixed and now perfectly in running good condition Actually this is my second time that I am disappointed with the services provided, The last time my car was diagnosed wrong. Was diagnosed for the sensor but I bought the parts and the problem never go away, we called them the super yams diagnosed again and the issue is air pump So that’s it not going back to this dealership again in Pinellas park Toyota More
