Service leaves a lot to be desired. This was my 2nd visit. The first visit they let me leave with a nail in my tire and I had to take it to Big-O-Tires the next day where it was fixed This was my 2nd visit. The first visit they let me leave with a nail in my tire and I had to take it to Big-O-Tires the next day where it was fixed for free. Dont think AutoNation missed the nail, they actually wrote it up on the paperwork. When I was contacted by Jean Wilkie from AutoNarion she was very nice and said that she was sorry and the next appointment to let her know I was coming in. What for, I dont know. I made my 2nd appointment, sent Jean an email (5 days prior) and also let the service advisor know when I got there to let Jean know I was there. I also asked the service advisor to wash my car, which they didnt do. To be sure to stamp the maintenance log, which they didnt do and my biggest mistake was to say take your time. I dropped my car off at my scheduled appt time of 8:40. Checking in my car took 15 minutes. Not sure why. at 3:38 in the afternoon I had not heard from AutoNation. I knew they closed at 5 so I figured I better call. I was left on hold for 8 minutes while the person went to search for my service advisor who could not be found so I waited for a call back. I got called back around 4 to tell me my car was ready. Basically what they did was change my oil and rotate my tires. This service took 8hrs. As stated nothing else I asked for was done and I never heard from Jean. I'm giving three stars because the work was done and I guess it was my fault for saying take your time More

AutoNation Toyota Tempe AZ is by far the best dealership in az. I broke down close to there so stumbled on them by happenstance & im so happy I found them.
