I came in for 10k oil and filter change. Was told it would be 2 hours. It took 4 hours. We used the shuttle service to go to a nearby restaurant about 1 mile away from the dealership. Wh Was told it would be 2 hours. It took 4 hours. We used the shuttle service to go to a nearby restaurant about 1 mile away from the dealership. When we were picked up we passed within 1/2 mile of the dealership (could have easily dropped us off) and went all the way to Warner and McQueen to pick up one person. Then the shuttle came all the back almost to the same spot we were picked up for two more people. We were crammed in the back seat. All in all we spent a little more than an hour on the shuttle. When we returned to pick up the vehicle we still waited for over an hour. After receiving the vehicle, I noted a clicking sound when driving away that could be felt through the steering wheel. I didn't even get out of the dealership parking lot. I returned the vehicle immediately before leaving the property and notified the service manager of the problem. By this time it was 5pm. They gave me a loaner car at no charge. The next day they called and told me the car was ready to pick up. The lug nuts on the front right tire had not been secured properly. When I picked up the vehicle they could not find my key. It took about 45 mins before they located it. It was labeled wrong. All-in-all I spent about 6-7 hours for a simple oil and filter change. I came in with a used car in mind and when she looked over it she noticed something that I wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t for her. After ultimately deciding I’d rather find a car that is better fit to my needs she immediately got on top of it. We found the perfect car and went to the dealership it was at and picked it up. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable in this process the entire time.
