I had a very disappointing experience with Autonation today. I negotiated a price with Nik Gingrich on a gently used Nissan Sentra and, after reaching an agreement, signed a document confirming the ag today. I negotiated a price with Nik Gingrich on a gently used Nissan Sentra and, after reaching an agreement, signed a document confirming the agreed-upon price and the terms of the sale. I was prepared to purchase the vehicle for cash and was making arrangements to go to the dealership to complete the transaction. Before we could get there, however, we were informed that the Sentra had been sold to someone else. What made the situation even more troubling was that, immediately afterward, we were told that the dealership could sell us a new car instead. That struck me as exceptionally questionable. We had negotiated and agreed upon a specific used vehicle, signed documentation, and were prepared to complete the cash transaction. Then, before we could arrive, we were told the vehicle was gone--but conveniently, they could sell us a new vehicle. I understand that dealerships sell cars and that vehicles can move quickly. But if a vehicle has already been committed to a customer, negotiating a price and signing documentation creates a reasonable expectation that the dealership will honor that commitment. If the dealership had no intention of holding the vehicle, that should have been made clear from the beginning. Instead, I was left with the distinct impression that the dealership was more interested in turning the situation into a different, potentially more profitable sale than honoring the deal we had already negotiated. After more than 20 years of experience in real estate, I understand the importance of honoring agreements and treating customers fairly. Your word, your commitments, and the documents you ask customers to sign should mean something. This experience left me feeling that my time and business were not respected. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this dealership to get everything in writing and make sure they fully understand whether the vehicle they negotiated for is actually being held for them. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend this dealership. More

Lost a customer. Today went to look at a car which showed on their website. I was told the vehicle was a new trade and could not be looked at driven etc. they why is Today went to look at a car which showed on their website. I was told the vehicle was a new trade and could not be looked at driven etc. they why is is listed for sale if it’s not ready for sale. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from them but today’s experience ruined that. When I complained at the managers desk up front they were rude more than one of them. When we left the store the mocked us. So unprofessional, because of the way they we were treated they lost a repeat customer. Sad part they don’t care just another number. More
1/5 stars — Do not trust this dealership or their service department This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a dealership. My Land Cruiser has only 4,500 miles and has already been in for department This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a dealership. My Land Cruiser has only 4,500 miles and has already been in for service 3 times for a serious suspension problem, and they still won't properly troubleshoot it. Over bumps and cracks, the vibration is so bad that the vehicle loses control above 55 mph. I've had 3 sets of tires swapped trying to chase down the issue on my own because they wont and it's still not fixed. Something is wrong with the suspension or drivetrain. Management makes promises and then stops responding. Their service manager, Brandon, personally asked me to take down a previous negative review back in May, promising he'd make things right. As soon as I removed it, he then ghosted me completely. If you're considering buying here or using a warranty here, don't count on it. They'll say whatever keeps their review score up, not what actually gets your car fixed. A genuine safety issue like a vehicle losing control at highway speed should never be treated this casually. Paul made the car-buying experience a great one. I came in very prepared and knew exactly what I was looking for, so I really appreciated Paul taking the time to work with us and make sure everythin I came in very prepared and knew exactly what I was looking for, so I really appreciated Paul taking the time to work with us and make sure everything came together. The process had a few bumps at the beginning, but Paul genuinely listened, worked with us, and made things right. By the end of our visit, he completely turned the experience around and made sure we left happy with our RAV4. I really appreciate his professionalism, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Paul, for making sure we had a great experience! More
One of my favorite things to do is purchase a new car. I had gone to camelback Toyota and wasn’t happy with their sales process and how annoying they are. Came over to AutoNation Toyota and really liked I had gone to camelback Toyota and wasn’t happy with their sales process and how annoying they are. Came over to AutoNation Toyota and really liked Damien’s treatment and genuineness. I actually came to look for a used one, but the resale price for a used Toyota is insane! Ended up going with new since I could get the color I wanted in a trim I wanted in a price not too far from used. They matched my trade in price from camelback and found me a car I was happy with. Overall I realized I had taken several test drives when deleting the remembered cars off my phones Bluetooth . And Damian was so sweet and patient the whole time, including fast in bringing the cars out to drive and look at while we whittled down the trim levels and options. His hospitality background shines bright. 😊 Shout out to Phil also. He knows how to work. He also didn’t annoy me with things that don’t matter to me. Like getting me the best interest rate possible for a 6 yr loan (which I didn’t know until the finance guy told me later during paperwork). Or working on getting me financing thru different banks. I didn’t even realize that part until I received a letter from Bank of America weeks later. Man is a low-key car loan ninja. 🥷 Finance guy (who I didn’t catch his name) was very informative and I didn’t feel pressured to do things I didn’t feel like. Usually seeing the finance guy is the worst part of buying a car, but this one was chill. He made signing for a new car loan fun! Which is not the norm. I hope he feels better and is less gimpy after his vertebrate surgery. (It’s not a tail!) 😉 Overall I know I’m a really annoying person to sell anything to. But they sold water to this well. And this well is pretty happy every time it drives the car. I’ve been a Honda gal my whole life, but happy to now join the Toyota family. More
