This was just a easy in and out experience, my salesman was no pressure, fed me luck and drove my car home with me, I was literally shocked at how professional they were and how fast they made the purchase was no pressure, fed me luck and drove my car home with me, I was literally shocked at how professional they were and how fast they made the purchase agreement and financing happen, I would highly recommend Auto Nation Toyota and my salesman Chris! I wanted to share my recent experience with the "AutoNation Toyota South Austin" service department during my visit on "June 17, 2026". For the past four years, I've had consistently good experi "AutoNation Toyota South Austin" service department during my visit on "June 17, 2026". For the past four years, I've had consistently good experiences with this dealership, which is why this visit was so disappointing. It feels like something has changed. I brought my Toyota Tundra in for its routine 5,000-mile service. While speaking with my service advisor, I asked if the technician performing the service could simply take a quick look at the right front suspension because I had hit a piece of wood on the road. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis or a detailed inspection—just a one-minute visual check to see if anything looked obviously damaged. I was told that would require a suspension inspection costing about **$190**. I asked whether a one-minute visual look really justified a $190 charge, but I never received an answer. Next, I asked whether they could check my truck's most recent error code. Again, I was told it would cost about **$190**. When I mentioned that O'Reilly Auto Parts scans diagnostic codes at no charge, the response was essentially a shrug. At that point, I decided not to have the 5,000-mile service performed there and instead did the maintenance myself. Before leaving, I went to the service counter and simply asked for a printout of my previous service record so I could verify which oil and filter had been used during my last service. The employee behind the counter seemed to be occupied with his phone, pressed a few buttons, and told me he couldn't find any record. I then asked to speak with the service manager. I explained what had happened and again requested a copy of my previous service record. The manager was able to find and print it within a minute, which ended up being the only positive part of my visit. However, there was no acknowledgment or discussion of the concerns I had just described. I understand that Toyota has policies, procedures, and labor rates that employees must follow, and I respect that. My concern is not with paying for professional diagnostic work when it's actually needed. What disappointed me was the complete lack of flexibility or customer service for two very simple requests, along with the indifference I experienced throughout the visit. After four years of being a satisfied customer, this experience left me questioning whether customer service is still a priority at AutoNation Toyota South Austin. I hope this was an isolated incident rather than the new standard, because I would like to continue trusting this dealership in the future. More

So I've been doing business with AutoNation Toyota quite often I actually bought six vehicles from them in a four months time. All in cash the last two deals I made with them regret in every way possible so often I actually bought six vehicles from them in a four months time. All in cash the last two deals I made with them regret in every way possible so they bought my Mach One Mustang from me and then on top of that there was an issue with the check and then when I asked if they would reissue one the general manager David Valdez told me it is what it is sorry I don't know what you want me to do about it totally different couldn't care less and then he still owes me $18,000 for my trade in of my Tundra that I traded in for a RAV4 and he also told me it is what it is on that one Shady Shady don't do business there go anywhere else on the planet but there only person at that dealership that's worth a crud and that's honest in genuine and not a total complete snake in the grass is Liam Liam's the only honest genuine good-hearted person that's not a little bottom feeder at that dealership so just beware before you shop there or before you take your trade or sell your vehicle because I guarantee one way or another they're going to rip you off in some form or fashion.!!!! Called after receiving a voicemail from Jordan , asked if they could bump the price since we got a higher offer somewhere else, went as soon as we can and was able to get the match that we want. The process they could bump the price since we got a higher offer somewhere else, went as soon as we can and was able to get the match that we want. The process was fast and easy and Jordan has been very friendly , helpful and explained everything. Highly recommended! More

I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Toyota South Austin, and this was genuinely the best dealership experience I have ever had. Joe DeAnda was professional, patient, and straightforw Toyota South Austin, and this was genuinely the best dealership experience I have ever had. Joe DeAnda was professional, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle and its history, and make sure I was comfortable before moving forward. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. I also really appreciated the sales manager taking the time to speak with me directly and clearly explain the recall situation. He was honest about what was known, what was still uncertain, and how Toyota was handling it. That transparency gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision rather than being given a sales pitch. The finance manager was equally professional. He clearly presented the available options without applying pressure or trying to sell me products I did not want. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was easily the smoothest, friendliest, and most transparent dealership experience I have ever had. Joe, the sales manager, the finance manager, and the entire team earned my trust. I will absolutely return to AutoNation Toyota South Austin when it is time to purchase another Toyota. More
