Just didnt feel good walking out with a brand new vehicle. I have had much better experiences in the past with other dealerships. I purchased a new Tacoma 7 years ago at Lost Pines in Bastrop and reg vehicle. I have had much better experiences in the past with other dealerships. I purchased a new Tacoma 7 years ago at Lost Pines in Bastrop and regret not purchasing there even though they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for. I would not recomend anyone use this dealership or and will not be returning. I'm pretty easy going, came in for a specific vehicle, didn't ask for much and left not all that excited about my experience. I was not offered any documented information to tell me what was included in my vehicle. I recieved the purchasing contract and my vehicle. I had to go to Toyota's website to figure it out myself. It is impossible to speak with anyone over the phone when you have questions. I called and the phone just kept ringing until I was hung up on without ever speaking to anyone. I would also like to cancel the vehicle protection plan because I don't feel confident in your ability to provide good service for my vehicle in the future and I can't get a copy of it to see if it is even possible. Everything the Toytoa Autonation finance guy Quinton Coronado told me was a lie. From the extended warranty information to how the financing works.
