Our Highlander was in for its 25000 mile check-up. We were in & out in 90 minutes. We have figured out that it's much better having an early appointment. Appointments scheduled for 11:am or later meant w were in & out in 90 minutes. We have figured out that it's much better having an early appointment. Appointments scheduled for 11:am or later meant waiting 4 to 5 hours for what is basically an oil change and tire rotation. The work seems fine and the customer service agents are generally friendly. However, 2 out of our 5 service visits, the car was left far from the garage. My wife is handicapped, there is a handicap placard on the mirror and she walks with a cane. It seems if they were paying attention, they could do better. More
