When I arrived (9:50am) with an appointment at 10am. I had to wait around half an hour to get checked in, while other cars that came after had already been checked in. When I asked a Toyota representati I had to wait around half an hour to get checked in, while other cars that came after had already been checked in. When I asked a Toyota representative, he told me he didn’t know where my technician was - Hector - but this representative was nice enough to get someone to help me. Then, they told me it was going to be around 1h30min. So, being 12:50 I reached out to ask about it. And his answer was “ i sent a message at 10 57 it was ready sorry if it didnt get to you but yes its ready - Hector”. I never got it, and pretty sure he never sent it. After that, I saw there was a suggestion about the air filter to be replaced. Which he never asked about if I wanted to do it or now. But the car was ready according to him. Anyway, I ended up requesting the change. And then when I went to pick up my car at 2:18pm, he never replied back to my text. Thankfully, an associate called Chris was able to help me. But my experience with Hector was one of the worst I’ve ever had. More

The service was good when they got to us. We had an 11 am appointment but did not get out until 3:30 pm. Having to wait over 4 hours is ridiculous!
