5 I really appreciate you guys. After 2 weeks we have never received the paperwork from the dealership. Customer service is extremely lacking, the car you buy will probably need to be immediately serviced and the service advisor Michael will be rude to you and unhelpful. The purchasing department has always been excellent. We've even bought or referred at least ten car/truck purchases. My first 5,000 mile check up on my RAV4 this time was a little disappointing.
