so no my experience was terrible. This was one of the worst experiences I've even had with Toyota. I was thinking of purchasing a new car since mines a hot mess but after this im look This was one of the worst experiences I've even had with Toyota. I was thinking of purchasing a new car since mines a hot mess but after this im looking at other companies. Toyota has loss my trust in them and I think its time to say goodbye. From the 1st interaction with Lorena it was just negative. She didn't introduce herself she just started asking why im here. I told her that my srs airbag light was on and that I wanted diagnostics on the car because my check engine light keeps coming on. About a year ago I had come to yall after my catalytic converter had been stolen and yall did your best to help as much as u could. Since it was an insurance thing I could only spend as much as they were willing to pay and at that time Toyotas estimate was just to high so I had to take it elsewhere. At that time I had Ryan Sullivan as a rep and he did his very best to try and get me to a price that insurance would accept but because the part was so expensive the lowest he could go was 3k and insurance had a max of 2k. I even worked with Chris montablano to get as much info about what had happened to my car and what needed to be replaced so I was shocked when the tech this time around said my cat was never replaced that the factory one was still in there and my exhaust pipe had been replaced instead. After that I definitely knew I couldn't trust you because in my notes it said cust came to us because cat was stolen so how could it be there after a year but not when I brought it to you. So I reached out to Chris who wasn't much help. He said there's nothing he could do. He didn't remember me from last year. If I took the car elsewhere why was I not talking to them about the replacement and just a whole bunch of non ownership. So at this point I'm over the whole situation and just ask to replace the sensor or whatever was causing the srs light to come on. So Lorena calls and quotes me a price of like 469 and im like ok cool that works. So hours go by and she's like sorry the system was down and the price I quoted you is actually 611 not 469. So I tell her that's unacceptable you said this is the price that was what i agreed to pay for you to work on my car not 611. So she says ill talk to my sup and see if we can honor that price. So later in the day he calls back and we talk a bit and I tell him about my issues and he wants to tell me oh your car has 2 catalytic converters maybe the lower one was stolen and replaced but thats not the one thats failing. Its your top one. Now I've never heard that in all the times someone's looked at my car that I have two so im just like yea no one knows what they are talking about an I need to take it somewhere else. Also at that time I asked him to confirm it was 400 something for the price and he was like yup that's it. So yesterday she called back saying she was homoring the price but its still not the 469. Now she wants to say its 574 again not the price I agreed to pay so after all this I dont wanna pay anything an want to say xxxx it keep the car ill figure something else out but I need my car. So today when I go an pick it up I'm going to ask to speak to yet another sup about this issue and the price an after that I'm never doing business with yall again. Especially that location. You use to be on top of things and I never had an issue but this time around your customer service is highly lacking and your losing a customer who has been with you for over 10 years. I came in to Auto Nation to possibly find a great running Vehicle for my family. Miguel came up to us outside while we were browsing inventory and was very kind and extremely patient . Honestly I was only browsing and this was the second dealership were I browsed. I was even approached at all at the other dealership while looking. Miguel went and got keys to all the vehicles that interest us and we even took a couple for a spend. We came inside to do paper work and came down to 2 options. I'm not easy to convince of anything ,after all I'm a Virgo lol 😆 I though we had the cat in the bag when suddenly the payments just weren't meeting my expectations. I also didn't appreciate they way a different associate teetered on numbers. However after some time we all came to a median. I did appreciate ALL Of their Patience but it started to feel like a pushed sale . Miguel never made us feel that way AT ALL it was a different team member that made my empath abilities uneasy. I did tell Miguel I will sleep on it and be in touch tomorrow as I'm not an impulsive shopper at all. Either I go into a place and get EXACTLY what I came for or I am there a while to figure out how much I truly need or what it. So after a couple of hrs I went home . I also wasn't feeling well and needed to res. So a nights sleep was needed. The next day I called Miguel and told him genuinely appreciated his help explained while I felt uneasy and that I don't think I'll be going thru with the sale. Miguel asked me if he could call in 20 mins as he was with another customer, I said sure. He called back and was very kind and explai Ed things in more detail answered questions and i said to him, "you know what? This company should be very greatful to have you here!" I told him i am coming in to get the vehicle and the numbers need to stay in stone. I didn't want to andd an extra dime to it. This day when I came in things felt right&calm and there were a few different people there all extremely patient and extremely polite. I Got the vehicle and we absolutely love it! NOW ABOUT THIS PLACE! ALL OF THEIR VEH ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF low mileage on the used vehicles too. THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALL EXTREMELY HARD WORKING AND KIND. THE FACILITY IS EXTREMELY CLEAN!! THIS IS A BIG ONE FOR ME AS IM A SKIN THERAPIST AND MY FAMILY WAS WITH ME! THE BATHROOMS WERE EVEN CLEAN SO MUCH APPRECIATED AUTO NATION!! THEY DO HAVE WATERS BUT ID LIKE TO SUGGEST HAVING SNACKS AS THERE ARE FAMILIES AND PERSONS THERE FOR MANY HOURS AND EVEN COFFEE WOULDVE BEEN A HUGE PLUS AS WHEN I CAME IN I WAS DEALING WITH RESPIRATORY ISSUES which I work all other days so I needed to handle things sick or not. They work around your credit & down payment as best as possible . Mine isn't bad but it's also not very established either. If you go to Visit here AS FOR MIGUEL he is so personable, patient and knowledgeable. He is the main reason I came back and purchased with this company!! As I said my credit score is good and I could've practically went anywhere else.. but who wants to go through the Hassel all over again with bad reps and unfriendly salesmen elsewhere.you all have likely experienced that or been ignore . That makes me walk away. But not here I didn't even go into this place miguel came out to us and was told we're only looking. His kindness closed this sale and gave us the opportunity to meet the rest of the hard working team here.. also the Finance department ROCKS! SHOUT OUT TO JAIME AND SETH YOU ALL WENT EXTRA MILES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATIENCE AND BECAUSE OF THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET A GET RATE ON GREAT COVERAGE. I look forward to doing better business with this company in the future. If anything changes I'll update my review but as of right now, its all good 😊. Thanks auto nation! More
