Unprofessional staff, I don't think they received any type of training other than how rip off customers. Seth was coughing all the time and was not able to explain paperwork because he was focused on how type of training other than how rip off customers. Seth was coughing all the time and was not able to explain paperwork because he was focused on how to lie and sell unnecessary services to the point that he forget to get my signature on all the documents and have to harass me every 2 days with emails and calls to sign more papers the he forget about. I needed my Truck serviced and called in at the last min to see if i could get in. Not only did I get the 60,000 service done the next day it was exactly what i needed in terms of timing. The Service was quick the Service Adviser was amazing and clear. He let me know exactly what to expect. But everything he told me happened the way he explained. In todays world of lack of customer service from all industries. Its refreshing to see Tempe Toyota is so far above most service organizations. I recomend them to anyone needing service just amazing.
