I received an offer in the mail for a free check up so I called and made an appointment. When I arrived just for the check up, I was told it would take about an hour and a half - said it was a crazy morning called and made an appointment. He said he would try and get it done quicker. Thankfully he did do that. I requested that they place the spare with the stem downwards and the stem facing the back so it would be easy to get to. When the service adviser gave me the keys back, he said that they didn't place the spare as I wanted, they were able to fill the spare tire with air, but they could only put the pressure at 38 lbs. (I had requested 40) because if I hit a bump hard the spare could act like a bomb and explode. When I drove away I checked the tire pressure on the display and the pressure in the spare was 50! I think they were just in a hurry and did not want to pull the spare out and re position it. None of the other fluids or systems were checked. More

I was never told there was a charge for Wheel cosmetics? tires, windshield, dents and oil changes.. pay for oil changes in advance! Why would anyone want to pay finance charges on these things!! If i agreed to any of these things it was because I thought it was included in the Total Extended Warranty charge!! I was not informed of the amounts of each item, or I would not have agreed to it! Bought a brand new Toyota Camry on 9/15/22, we waited for 8 weeks to get the vehicle. Eddie was awesome on the sales department but the Finance Dept was really pushy to get the VPP policy and kind of shady o 8 weeks to get the vehicle. Contacted and sent a cancellation letter to Seth on 10/5/22 letting him know that we don't want the Vehicle Protection Plan. He stated that allow 6-8 weeks to get a refund. As of 12/6/22 we still did not get the refund, called him and left messages / sent a text message but not getting a response from him. It seems like he's ignoring my calls and message. Not sure why he's still doing what he's doing 'cause I read from other reviews that this is how he works with other customers. More
