When my car was rear-ended, Jessi Tays (service advisor) was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. He got the vehicle mounted on a rack and captured all the details of the vehicle damage, was a big help in taking the pictures and video of damages. Unprofessional staff, I don't think they received any type of training other than how rip off customers.
