My service advisor Eddie was great as was the young man at the front desk. The shuttle service needs a secondary number as I was told to call before 2;45 and tried from 2:40 to 3:05 and no one answered the at the front desk. I’ve been taking my truck here to get serviced for the last 2 years and it’s the only place I trust because of how convenient they make the whole process for me. I bought my truck at a different dealership and have taken my truck there to get serviced before but I wasn’t leased with the service so I only stick with Tempe Toyota. They are very good at keeping you informed on what services your truck will need and I do thank them for helping me keep my truck in good shape, especially with the amount of miles I put on it traveling. Do NOT go here! I’ve had the worst experience. As a woman I was profiled every time I went in. I initially went in and spoke to a sales man named Max who told me tha I’ve had the worst experience. As a woman I was profiled every time I went in. I initially went in and spoke to a sales man named Max who told me that I “looked like I couldn’t afford a car” and tore up my leasing application. After having a much better experience with Parker and buying a more expensive car I then had another terrible experience with Seth. He added $12000 or additional unwanted extras that I told him I didn’t want. After haggling to get my money back it will be another 4-8 weeks before these credits will supposedly be reimbursed. I will never buy a car here again. More
