I drove 2 hours to this dealership with plenty of Toyota dealerships in between just because I knew they would go above and beyond in helping me and providing excellent service. I was in to service my car, and the guy that was handling the payments, charged another customer instead of me, the Agent (Anthony), aside from being super obvios he was nervious for the mistake, but he woul the payments, charged another customer instead of me, the Agent (Anthony), aside from being super obvios he was nervious for the mistake, but he wouldn't take his earphones off, how so I even know if he is listening or not? He didn't know what to do, so ok, he called Brandon (Serice Director) who seemed to be in a rush and was rude, he wanted to fix it by charging the other customer on the invoice of the customer who had paid (it was very tangled) and he seemed mad, and the customer did not cause the problem, and YES you are expected to clarify on things and make them right. AND after my car got serviced, my brakes are making noises so I ahve to go back. I;m not impressed with this dealer, I go there just to keep good service history on my car once I sell it. Also by the time it was all done, I didn't even get the explanation of the service my car got, or if there were anything I should stay on top of. This was NOT The Toyota Way at all. More
