I had 5 different Toyota Vehicles over 20 years and have been visiting Tempe AutoNation Toyota from 2009. Service Department is the best. They offer excellent customer service, take the time needed to under been visiting Tempe AutoNation Toyota from 2009. Service Department is the best. They collect my contact, but never followed up when they have a used car for my needs. This has happened at least 3 times. They have also stopped keeping small cars in their Rental. Phoenix does lot of road repairs these days and I don't want to be driving huge rental vehicles with my insurance. More

Wade (sales) and Seth (finance) were great at selling us the car but we've called and left messages 4 times now asking for our financial paperwork to be emailed to us. Forget saving trees. I may need to make the 5 hour drive back there to get it. We also had a few questions and no one has called us back. So overall, great place to buy a car but don't expect any customer service after. I purchased a used 4Runner somewhere else and wanted to have it checked fully out by this dealership. I was totally impressed with the immediate attention and care that I received at Tempe Toyota Service d have it checked fully out by this dealership. I came in on Friday from Tucson to get myself a 4runner. The process took about 4 hours which is typical. They made it really easy though! Rodney was my sales guy and he did great. Easy to talk to and didn’t seem annoyed even though I had my tired 3 year old with me haha. Even threw in some free weatherproof mats which is amazing! I would’ve given 5 stars but unfortunately my windshield is filled with a bunch of little chips. Paying so much for a vehicle you’d think they’d at least change that out or even fill them.
