Went in for simple 5k service on new 2022 truck. Rep said it will take about 2 hrs. So I decided to wait. Truly liked my sales associate, Andre, and had a very good experience with the overall purchase. The vehicle was here in the next 4 weeks. Financing was straightforward with a minor hiccup as their system had mistakenly sent out a rejection letter. Alexander was very informative and took the time to explain the additional services. Unlike other dealers in the Phoenix valley, AutoNation Toyota Tempe does not charge a dealership fee/surcharge so the same vehicle can cost 2-5K more elsewhere. I would always come back here if I need another Toyota and refer friends. More
The process of purchasing the car was rather quick and painless. It drove pretty well during the test drive, but the transmission was loud. I asked them about it and they said it wasnt an issue. Within 2 days of purchase, the engine light came on and the local Toyota dealer diagnosed the transmission as the issue. Took another 2 days to get an inspector from AutoNation to come look at the car. I have since waited a week for them to approve the repair on the transmission that we told them was a problem when buying the car. I have been without a car for 3 weeks and without my new car for 2 of those. If you want to have a car that works, don't buy from AutoNation. More
I’ve been a customer ever since acquired my 4Runner and been taken it every 5k miles or so. Consistently I’ve received excellent service and after 35k+ miles the car is running smoothly.
