Had our car for whole week with no rental, for a cosmetic repair that takes 2 days. Why? Because the employee who was handling our vehicle brought it too a different repair shop while they were clos cosmetic repair that takes 2 days. Why? Because the employee who was handling our vehicle brought it too a different repair shop while they were closed and just left the car and the information and left without telling anyone who works there anything, and they didn't see it until Monday! (Confirmed by the repair shop) They said they tried to call him multiple times and he ignored their calls too! At the same time they were trying to get a hold of him, he's ignoring us aswell. I finally call the front desk and explain that we haven't had a single update on our car in days and can't get a hold of our rep suddenly he's available now! I ask about the car and says that he can't give me any updates because the shop he brought it too won't tell him anything and it's out of his hands. But I called the shop and they said that HE is supposed to update me because automation is technically the customer, and they tried to contact him but he ignored their calls repeatedly. Normally I wouldn't be so angry but the fact that this guy's JOB is to help us know what's going on and he's not doing that, ignoring calls texts and emails for several work days and then straight up lying about his ability to keep us informed. And then we had to take our daughter to the urgent care but we don't have a second vehicle so we had to rent a crappy car for 200$ WITH NO COMPENSATION to take her to the doctor, all because this guy can't do his job properly. The shop was cool and they said that they would prioritize our vehicle and do it as quick as they can because they felt bad about the situation. And wouldn't you know it, they had it done in two days after I called and told them the car was there. OBVIOUSLY this whole experience has been unprofessional and lazy, so my husband told a manager and the manager straight up said he didn't believe us. We can prove it! Look at the day we dropped off the car and when we got it back, call the repair shop and ask them, check his office phone records, we can show you OUR phone records! And he drove our new car recklessly to from autonation to the repair shop and I have an app that tracks our cars driving to prove it. The manager had the AUDACITY to blame US by saying we shouldn't have used them for the warranty THEY sold to us and that our rep "went above and beyond"! yeah right! Him going above and beyond cost us a week with no car and 200 dollars for an emergency rental! And to top it off, they didn't even finish the repairs we needed done by the time they had us come to pick up the car. We asked them to fix our back hatch door because it kept popping open and they not only didn't fix the problem, but NOW it made a screeching sound and we had to tell them to fix it in the parking lot. Getting ANY sort of service here is like pulling teeth, and when you do it's a bunch of gaslighting and people not taking responsibility for their mistakes. I am normally someone who really thinks that you should treat staff/employees with respect and they will treat you well in return, I absolutely hate having to be a Karen and ask for the manager, but this was probably the first time we've been mistreated to the point that I'm actually mad and we've had not even an apology. Will never return here, will never recommend it, and will actively advise people go elsewhere. More
Although I decided to wait for 2 hrs in the lounge, which wasn’t bad at all, hot coffee and wifi was good. But the service was great! I do hope next time to take advantage of your shuttle service or car rental so I can go do some shopping or get something to eat. We found some great stores just around the corner that are available with your shuttle service. We also found a Chipotle that was walking distance from your service center which would be a fun walk on a nice day. Thank you Toyota Service Team! More

I have a 2019 Tacoma and in the last 2 years I've been in service Center 3 times but what I thought would be warranted we warranted service. It really depends on who you get as your service adviser as to wh service Center 3 times but what I thought would be warranted we warranted service. I was told I needed an alignment that I did not! I was charged for the service and when I asked for a printout of what was done and why I was told it didn’t exist. After a heated exchange I did not wind up paying for the service. When I went out to my truck, the missing printout was handed to me to “prove how badly I needed an alignment”. All it proved was that they were going to charge for a 4 wheel alignment when they did only 2, and after showing the printout to 2 other highly skilled mechanics I was told that I didn’t really need one at all! I would expect this from a corner shop, not a dealership. I will drive out of my way to avoid this dealership in the future. Not only that, my experience from drop off to pick up was completely unimpressive. I felt the staff was rude and put out to have to do their job. More
