Pre-scheduled a basic oil change and showed up on time. Took over 2 hours to get done. No communication in regards to status of vehicle or recommendations of repairs. Ridiculous as my previous Toyota dealer was less for an oil change AND tire rotation (would have been over $140 for both). Had to sit in the waiting room and hear a bunch of employees "bros" go on and on about how they were just in trouble for saying something inappropriate to another colleague and were reported to HR while making a joke about it. Wish I would have read the reviews. Would NOT recommend going here. Coffee machine was broke and place was not that clean. More
