A two and half hour wait for a tire rotation and visual inspection (no fluids changed) WITH an appointment, is crazy! Once I was finished, the inattentive "valet" (after handing him my paperwork, he continued his conversation with his coworker for several more minutes before strolling to the back lot to get my car), retrieved my car, drove up and exited the car, without so much as a nod to me to indicate I was ready to go. If it weren't for the bird poop still on the hood of the car (no car wash here, I guess), I wouldn't have been sure it was my car (white Rav4s are abundant in the service area). I'll make the drive out to Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria next time for service, it's a long drive for me but at least they treat the customers like they care. More

He shared lots of insider details that helped us make the right decision. My experience was simple and very smooth because Cesar listened and delivered exactly what we needed. I didn't have to go back and forth as he got everything right the first time. After my new car was ready for pick up, he took the time to explain every feature and showed me exactly how it worked. He set up all the free trial services Toyota offers and has followed up each day to ensure I don't have any questions about anything. Cesar cares and it shows.
