I bought my very first car from here. Cesar Meraz was the salesman who contacted me when I entered my info at the dealership website. From the very get go, he was super transparent about the price breakdown, availability and the ordering process. Cesar was always approachable via call, text and email to answer my questions. He was prompt on giving me delivery updates of the vehicle that I had ordered. The whole process was quick, smooth and stress free. I only had to visit the dealership twice: once to order the car and put a deposit on it, the other to pick up the car on it's delivery date. I can't recommend this dealership enough (For reference, I spoke to 14 Toyota dealerships in/around Phoenix, even made a spreadsheet and decided to go with Cesar and AutoNation Toyota Tempe). More
