I went into this dealership looking into RAV4 and Corolla Cross models. I ended up going with the Corolla Cross because the sizing of it worked out a little better for me. I am loving the car. My oil change took 3-1/2 hours (excessive? !) and while it took Jessi (service manager) 2-1/2 hours to update me, he remained pleasant and compassionate. When he later learned the degree of my frustration, he called to learn how he could do better. He also said he would alert the appropriate people about that that my hood was left unlatched-potentially dangerous. Oops! Thanks to Jesse, and his approach to my frustration, I’m sure I’ll go back again. I know things happen… we can all do better sometimes! More
