I've taken in my RAV4 hybrid with just under 36,000 miles three times now because my MPG is around 32 vs. the 41/38 advertised. I will say the last time it seemed like they really tried and did not charge three times now because my MPG is around 32 vs. the 41/38 advertised. My disappointment is that no one after three tries and calling in master mechancis could find anything wrong. Current MPG reading is just under 31. Frustrating that they are not able to find why the car is not performing as advertised. If nothing else is done, I will sell the car for a hybrid that actually delivers closer to manufacturing claims. again, Barry was very good to work with , I'm just not happy they couldn't find anything wrong and apparently I bought a lemon. my finace and I went into autonation toyota wanting to trade or chevy cruze and get something different I was scared this is our 2nd car buying experience in Arizona our very first car buying experience w trade or chevy cruze and get something different I was scared this is our 2nd car buying experience in Arizona our very first car buying experience was not pleasant at all gave me ptsd very scared skeptical unsure about it all our sales associate bernie was extremely nice and helpful never pushey did everything he could to help offered us water and some pizza we were there all day and finally got to financial our guy Mike z is excellent love him i admitted I was scared unsure and laughed at all my jokes got us not a bad deal but with inflation yeesh he got us our 2015 equinox the whole process was easy I thought something was up im like after the first disaster no way was this easy? but it was a week later something happened the car stalled out on us had to have it towed back and to be fixed I was upset thinking oh God not again but it was something minor and was dealt with just wasn't expecting that a week after getting another car frightened me a bit but between bernie and Mike z thank you for dealing with and putting up with my uncertainty and being so helpful we truly appreciate it More
