Before leaving on a cross country trip, I took my 6 month old Venza in for its 15000 service. After waiting that time the service writer appeared to tell me it was ready to go, handed me my paperwork, and off I went. Four days later, while now in Montana, the message comes up on the dash to “see dealer for service”. Concerned and perplexed, I looked at the dealer work order to confirm what all had been performed, only to see that the 15000 Service Check was completed but the oil, filter etc service WAS NOT! How ridiculous an oversight. Now I am very concerned about possibly doing some kind of mechanical damage before I can get back to Phoenix to have a “COMPLETE” service performed! Definitely not a happy customer. More
