Rich Taylor has been my service advisor for years and he is the only person I trust with my car!! He's the reason I continue to return to AutoNation Toyota Tempe - as long as he's there we'll buy and servi is the only person I trust with my car!! I honestly loved getting my car from this dealership. Working with the people here was an amazing experience. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, but Latifah made sure to walk me thoug Working with the people here was an amazing experience. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, but Latifah made sure to walk me though all the steps and helped me with all my questions. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because my Toyota needed new windshield wipers that were not in stock and the orders were backed up so I'll have to come back for those at a later date. All in all, great experience, everything got done in a timely manner and they made sure all areas were covered while explaining the steps so I wouldn't get lost in any part of it. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time to upgrade my wife's car. More
