William was very helpful in explaining everything he needed from me to process the transaction for the purchase of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. He made sure that the fluids were topped off and the Jeep looked very clean when I picked it up the following day. But I'm still looking for my front and rear floor mats.. I think they forgot to put them back in after they washed the Jeep. I really need them as they help keep the floor under the driver and passenger area clean from the dirt and gravel that gets stuck in my boots. Can someone on your end please have William to give me a call as to when I can expect the missing floormats ready for pickup? Thanks. More
