The dealership handle the vehicle purchase and service professionally. However, still waiting on paperwork. After many attempts. That is what is disappointing. I had a missing key but brought it in to the professionally. However, still waiting on paperwork. After many attempts. That is what is disappointing. I had a missing key but brought it in to the dealership. No response or adjustment. I bought a used car. The car had issues after two days. The service department handled it appropriately although I am not sure why the issue wasn't caught by the tech when getting this car up to standard to sell. It would change my decision of keeping the car but Valencia was amazing getting me through the process. The service department did an amazing job. The smooth transition with the rental car and return of car. The return of the car by valet. Had it not been for that, I would of given it a lower rate. More
