I placed my deposit on a 2026 Toyota Corolla in mid July. Robert followed up consistently and kept me updated on the vehicle’s arrival. He was professional, courteous, responsive, and always easy to deal with. Finance Manager Eleno Aldaz was also a pleasure to work with. The finance process was straightforward and comfortable, with no high-pressure sales tactics, which I really appreciated. I also had the opportunity to meet Sales Manager Phil Cash. Scheduled a service appt for 8 AM, received a text two hours later that I was “next in line.” What is the point of scheduling an appt if my vehicle’s not going to be serviced for another 2.5 hours?
