Need a better way of closing out a transaction. I came just for an oil change. When I came back for my vehicle I waited 30 minutes just to pay and pick up my car. My advisor was checking cars in in I came just for an oil change. When I came back for my vehicle I waited 30 minutes just to pay and pick up my car. My advisor was checking cars in in the service line and I couldn’t get the piece of paper to take to the rep inside. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened. I finally got another advisor to give me my paper .I took it inside to the very unfriendly rep that takes the payment. I told him I had a coupon and he very rudely asked if I sent it to my advisor And I said no because how did I know I was supposed to do that. We then wasted another 15 minutes of my trying to email him the coupon then he took it back to the advisor and just more waiting ensued .just a mess and it happens every time I come in. Find a better way for me to pick up my vehicle. If you don’t want to work stay at home More
