they take too long just to do oil change. I waited for 3 hours for them to finish. they said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I went in for a scheduled oil change on Wednesday morning at 9:30, basic oil change and tire rotation. Plus I have a leak in the rear tire that they were unable to locate or repair.
