I was treated very professionally by Ryan our service advisor. He even “hooked” up my phone on the Bluetooth so I could use it in the car while driving. This was my first time dropping a car off for a friend and Your car check-in process needs immediate attention. Service advisor Rich was busy on the phone when I arrived. So instead of someone helping and Your car check-in process needs immediate attention. Service advisor Rich was busy on the phone when I arrived. So instead of someone helping Rich, I waited under the Porte cochere for over 15 minutes. I decided to sit on a small bench next to car when Rich finally approached the car. Rich did not introduce himself, looked frustrated which I was as well having taken the car on my 30 minute lunch break and now 15 minutes of it was wasted waiting. There were plenty of people available to have assisted Rich. I asked if I could speak to someone else while I was waiting but the intake young man said I could not. I really think you need to check your intake process. More
