Have purchased most vehicles private party but found a used vehicle on line with a fair price, called and made an appointment. Went to the finance department, had my own financing set up but they told m used vehicle on line with a fair price, called and made an appointment. Went to the finance department, had my own financing set up but they told me they could get me a better deal. I had a list of questions that never got answered, going through financing department. Totally hurried through all that I was told "regular legal" stuff. This was a huge negative for me. They told me that they would deliver the vehicle after it was detailed. I agreed. Then I was told the vehicle had been in an "small accident" on the lot after I purchased it but they would repair the damage. They said it was a "very small scratch/scrape" and had to be repainted/repaired. They would not give me details. Sorry I didn't end this deal with this dealership right then because I paid a premium price for an undamaged vehicle. Later I found out that my vehicle had had an alarm installed but they removed it at the dealership before it came to me. Not confident at all that I wasn't taken advantage of. More
