PS I own a 1996 Toyota T-100 SR5 Extended cab pick up truck with over 400,000 miles, it's been over 100,000 miles since it's last oil change (I was told by an auto shop in Flagstaff that it had to many miles when it had 198,000 miles so I stopped all maintenance) and it runs like a top, burns No oil and I will never sell it! Like an engagement ring, my truck will be with me for a life time! Maybe next January on it's 17th anniversary I will treat her to an oil change and some new tires : ) Toyota, so far, so Good! More

Kim was far and above any sales representative we have ever dealt with! She was extremely knowledgable, respectful of our preferences (for a no frills car that maximizes mileage), and did not pressure us ever dealt with! She was polite and courteous every step of the way, she was efficient, and did not miss a thing in documenting the transaction we negotiated. Zahid was also completely courteous, professional, and did not pressure us in any way; moreover, we typically literally can't stand the way most managers make you go through a back and forth process, try to confuse you with the numbers, etc. and Zahid was completely clear, understanding of our position, fair and respectful during the negotiation process. The finance team was also excellent. I should say, however, that we have been into this dealer at other times, were not at all impressed, and purchased from other dealerships. Therefore, this recommendation is specific to Kim and Zahid. We simply could not have had a better experience. More
