Isabella worked for 3 months to get us the car we wanted and kept us informed of the progress, as my husband had very specific parameters for our requested Prius V. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed with which our session with the finance specialist went and the lack of pressure to do more than we wanted. This is a difference from the same experience 3 years ago when it was Power Toyota. Our daughter recently bought a Prius C from this same dealership and had a similar positive experience. More

For me, car buying is usually a very stressful experience. After my Santa Fe died a premature death due to total incompetence at JC Auto Repair, I was less than happy about having to buy a new ca experience. So let's just say that I wasn't really looking forward to car shopping. But then we met Laurence Bautista at AutoNation Toyota in Tempe. I can truly and honestly say I have never been more impressed with a sales person in my life - and I've bought plenty of cars over the years. No matter how many questions we asked, or how long it took us to decide, he was patient, understanding and more importantly - he was extremely professional. He gave us honest opinions between our choices - even when the better choice was a used vehicle. He went out of his way to stay with us through the entire process - from walking on the lot, through to the next day when financing was complete. He taught us how to use our Prius (like learning to drive all over again!) and even helped us clean out the Santa Fe, as we had just brought it over from JC. Laurence went above and beyond to take care of us, and I will never forget his courtesy and kindness. I do not make recommendations lightly and I could not recommend this gentleman enough to purchase a vehicle from. From the greeters at the front desk, to Eddie in Service, to Rick at the rental counter - we have experienced nothing but excellent customer service.
