It was like the express check-out at the grocery store. 2 hours and 15 minutes of NO pressure, SUPER relaxed, EASY experience. The great experience was topped off by the Finance Director, Robert Light, making the financing quick, painless, and saved me money while looking out for MY best interests as the consumer. The salesman, Joseph Gad, was so personable and helpful as was all the staff at Power Toyota. Great service, wonderful help by all the staff and an outstanding facility! We stressed this was the car we were looking for. Then we actually noticed the larger Prius V. He showed us the differnces in packages in it. We decided we'd be interested in this model, surprising him, as he did not try to push us on a decision for it, much less any particular mid-sized mosdel we thought we wanted at first. Derrick found our Tundra in record time, was very professional and pleasant to work with. I had been looking for my Tundra for months and kept getting told the truck I wanted with the options was a professional and pleasant to work with. I was told it would have to be built from Toyota in Texas and could take a month or so before I could even see what I wanted. I almost gave up and then Derrick Gay contacted me as a follow up from an internet inquiry to his dealership and said he could get the truck I wanted in an hour without me having to sign or put down a deposit to even see the truck I wanted. For that fact alone I knew I would be buying my new Tundra from Power Toyota. The staff was excellent to deal with from the ladies at the front desk, to the sales manager to the used car manager who rated my trade and gave me exactly what I wanted. Then when it came to delivery day, the process was painless, and it never felt like buying a car. He provided great assistance and personal service before, during and well after the sale, and was transparent and honest throughout the process. Later, I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Mr. John Stanley, who is the most dedicated and hands on boss I have ever seen in action. I was interested in purchasing a used certified Scion with 9,000. I had seen a similar vehicle at another dealer with less than 1,000 but it was not certified. This other dealership agreed to a give me with 9,000. I had seen a similar vehicle at another dealer with less than 1,000 but it was not certified. This other dealership agreed to a give me $750 trade-in on my 1994 Toyota Celica (245,000 miles) and get me out the door for under $26,000. I spoke with Kathy over the phone, provided all the details of the other vehicle I was looking at and she assured me that she could come close to this and that her vehicle was certified with an extended warranty. Based on this conversation I drove from the northwest valley in heavy traffic to take the car for a test drive. After the drive, Kathy advised me that the best I could get for my old vehicle was one dollar and that the out the door price for their Scion would be about $28,000, nowhere near to the cost the other vehicle I was looking at. In any event, I felt that the information I received before visiting Power Toyota Scion in Tempe was misleading and that they showed very little respect for my time, a cost of about three hours on a beautiful day. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone unless they like being treated like a doormat. More

He coordinated with Thomas Gonzales (used cars) to help me find the "used" car that I ended up buying. Thomas Gonzales took my car requirements and brought in a car that met my needs the next day! The price Jonathan and Thomas offered me with the trade-in and other incentives was wonderful. Tom Sullivan (finance) made the paperwork process go smoothly and quickly.
