I went with this dealership because it was autonation. I’ve had really great experiences with other autonation dealerships, and this one was the closest AN Toyota dealership to me. The sales team went in circles and it was your standard 3-5 times back and forth to decide on a price. I heard more about what they couldn’t do then I did what they could do. The finance team was “annoyed” when I didn’t want the service contracts. He asked do you not see the value to which I replied “I do but I’ve been haggling over the price and saying I want the service contract and was met with oh well we can’t make it work” he then replied well I’m the finance manager so I can make anything happen. I said where were you 5 hours ago? In the end they promised to get me a part at their “employee discount price” but then sent me the MSRP listed on the Toyota parts website. Overall they tell you what you want to hear and then don’t follow through. I love my vehicle but should have bought it elsewhere. I guess all autonation dealerships do not have the same standards. I would still recommend autonation but not this particular dealership. More

Don’t see the point in making a appointment for factory required services. Always takes a long time. This last time I was 10 minutes early and watched for 50 minutes as car after car, 5 in total pulled up required services. Always takes a long time. This is the first time I have really had an issue here, which is weird. I dropped my car off in the morning. When the service rep came up to me he confirmed that I just wanted a tire rotation. I told him that I made the appointment online and that I had to select something to make the appointment. I then explained that I only wanted the service that was due at this time. He said he understood. I told him not to contact me until it was ready to go because I was seeing patients that morning. He called me at 1100am and told me that the rear brakes needed to be changed. I confirmed how much it would cost, $250, and I agreed to it. At this time the rep did not tell me any additional charges and I received no call when it was done. At 4pm I began called the service line, but no one would answer. I then called the sales floor to reach an employee. The employee took down my name and information and said they would get back to me. About 10 minutes later the rep calls me and tells me the car is ready, that it has been ready. Well, if it was ready, why am I having to call you? Then came the bill. I was told that the wheel alignment cost X, bringing my total to 508 dollars. I had never been told this total and was only prepared for paying the 250 dollars for the brakes. I told the receptionist that I would like a call from the rep, but not now cause I was too heated, and that tomorrow would be better. I'm still waiting. Honestly, I would like a refund for the wheel alignment because I was not told hold much it would cost, told the rep that it didn't need to be down unless that was part of the scheduled maintenance. Not mad now, but clearer communication needs to be made. More
