Had 95,000 mile service done on my 2002 Tundra. Primary reason was to change the timing belt, but I also had them change the serpentine belt and the water pump while they were in there. I had obtained quotes from Gruleich's, Sun Devil Auto and Power Toyota Tempe, but Power was the least expensive which was a pleasant surprise as I preferred certified Toyota techs worked on it. Mark Williams quoted a firm price for the work which I appreciated. I would have rated them excellent in quality but the vehicle was returned with a little antifreeze splashed on the fender. I took it back a few days later and they not only washed it but detailed it. I will definitely give them a chance to do work for me again. P.S. A few days after this visit, I returned to purchase a new Tacoma from their Internet Dept. (The Tundra is being sold to my youngest son for him to drive for the next 100,000 miles.) More

We called the Power Toyota dealership several days before our planned trip from New Mexico to Sedona and visited with Kimberly about a Prius V Station Wagon. Kinberly had the car we were interested in sitting right in front when we arrived, and she gave us the purchase price estimate. We examined both and continued our trip. On our way back we arrived at the dealership in the afternoon and were anxious to conclude the transaction as quickly as possible so as to arrive home at a reasonable hour. Kimberly whisked us through the purchase procedure rapidly and efficiently and we were on our way. Andy was very patient and answered the questions that I asked. He took me on test drives of 3 vehicles that I was interested in.
