Purchased my Toyota Highlander here and took my car in for service. My service representative was amazing and so kind. He explained everything they were going to do at this service appointment. I was escorted to the waiting area, given water and his cell number. I could have used their shuttle service but chose to wait in the lounge. Seats were very comfortable. I received text updates and he came and went through everything they serviced. Time actually flew by and I received my car early than expected. Thank you for making my service call a pleasant one.
