Horrible experience. Bait and switch tactics. I received a phone call, and I was told that the car I saw online was available on the dealership. When I arrived, a di Bait and switch tactics. I received a phone call, and I was told that the car I saw online was available on the dealership. When I arrived, a different car was presented. After insisting that I see the specific car listed, they admitted that car was in transit. Told it was a highly sought after model and that the dealership would only commit to sell it to me, if I bought another vehicle from the dealership prior to the delivery of the vehicle that I wanted. Worst car buying experience. More
