The service department handled it appropriately although I am not sure why the issue wasn't caught by the tech when getting this car up to standard to sell. It would change my decision of keeping the car but Valencia was amazing getting me through the process. The service department did an amazing job. The smooth transition with the rental car and return of car. The return of the car by valet. Had it not been for that, I would of given it a lower rate. More
