I recently had service done on my Toyota Avalon and was very pleased with the experience. I had noticed a sound coming from my driver's side tire and mentioned it to the team. While they couldn’t find anyt very pleased with the experience. I had noticed a sound coming from my driver's side tire and mentioned it to the team. While they couldn’t find anything wrong after their inspection, they went above and beyond by having the service manager take a test drive with me to see if I could point out the sound I was hearing. Even though we couldn’t replicate it, they reassured me that I could bring it back once the sound returned, and they would repair it if there was an issue. I truly appreciate how they took the time to listen to my concerns and offered such great service. More

My service advisor Daryl gave outstanding information regarding the work that my car needed. Although there was no one there in recon that could actually work on it, the information was fully explained regarding the work that my car needed.
