Until my last matainence check as was good. But shortly after leaving my most recent visit my battery died. When I got it checked at autozone, I was told the battery was bad. I am usually really excited about getting my vehicle serviced. This appointment I learned that I had two free oil changes I could have used but sadly this is the first time a tech has told me this. When I pulled up they had the vehicle I inquired about waiting for me in front to look at and test drive. The young lady that went on test drive with me knew a lot about the vehicle and was very thorough waiting for me in front to look at and test drive. The young lady that went on test drive with me knew a lot about the vehicle and was very thorough when showing me the vehicle, she was able to not only show me the features but spoke on them as if she made the vehicle. I appreciate the fact that she took the time to learn about the vehicle she was trying to sell and not just speaking on the look of the vehicle etc., like some salesmen do at dealerships.
