this rating is for service - service itself was 4/5 stars, but the facility is not that good. The waiting area is really basic with some chairs and a couple of vending machines that only take cash. t stars, but the facility is not that good. We have been coming to Tempe Toyota Autonation since 2012 when we purchase a Toyota Prius 4 and the next year purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius. The dealership is friendly, neat and welcoming.
