I normally have a great experience at this dealership but my last one was not too good. I took my car in at 10:30 and was told it would be about an hour and a half until it was done so I decided to stick aro my last one was not too good. I took my car in at 10:30 and was told it would be about an hour and a half until it was done so I decided to stick around. After 2 hours had passed I asked about my car and they said it wasn’t quite ready. 3 hours had then passed so I asked again and they said they didn’t find any paperwork on my car so it wasn’t done. I needed to pick up my dog but couldn’t because I was waiting for my car to be done. My fiancé was finally able to pick me up around 3:00 and I was able to get my dog and go home for a while. At 5:30pm I still hadn’t received a call about my car so I had my fiancé drive me back to the dealership. I walked in asked about my car and still no paperwork. The advisor I was working with was nowhere to be found but after double checking for paperwork they found it and my car had actually been ready since noon. More
