As always great experience. ..this time I was offered a free oil change. Very courteous staff, the only thing is if you wait, it takes about an hour to an hour and a half, but th ..this time I was offered a free oil change. Very courteous staff, the only thing is if you wait, it takes about an hour to an hour and a half, but there is always coffee, water, tv in the waiting area, so time passes pretty quickly. At the end you get a full diagnostic report with suggestions and requirements. Thanks to companies like Toyota with their great deals. More

I usually never write negative reviews but I feel this feedback will help improve their service department. For one, you will wait for a minimum of 2hrs for any routine maintenance but what alarmed me the feedback will help improve their service department. For one, you will wait for a minimum of 2hrs for any routine maintenance but what alarmed me the most was their approach to garnering additional money from me. I, unfortunately, have an interlock installed and they requested I pay $350 dollars for a convenience fee to get a basic oil change. When I went for my first oil change, they allowed me to drive my vehicle into the garage and drive it out. The second time, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for this basic routine. I went towards the end of the month, and my feeling is that their service department was attempting to hit their quota by adding these extra charges. I went down the street to get my oil change for $75. Even though this was drastically less than what they were trying to charge, the sad part is that my vehicle is still under factory warranty and it should have been for free. Truly disappointed with this experience. More
