Service representative Sam Stuart handled my request to check the wheel and wheel assembly on the passenger side front. He explained that the service department was booked up already for the day and the fo check the wheel and wheel assembly on the passenger side front. He explained that the service department was booked up already for the day and the following day. He offered an appointment on the third day, but I needed to take my wife to two medical appointments in a neighboring city that third day. He then let me leave the car overnight and had a mechanic check it the next day. I appreciated Sam's fitting my car into that second day's inspections. Sam was professional and effective. More
