Cesar Meraz was our car rep and did a terrific job getting us into a car we loved. He was never pushy, rude, or condescending (I am a female buyer and have had horrible treatment when buying cars befo getting us into a car we loved. The part took almost two weeks to arrive and I was without a car for that time. I had to go out of town and had to rent a vehicle which added to the cost. The repair alone was quite expensive. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer. The last two service experiences were less than expected. I had an appointment for 11am. One hour later, my car was still sitting in the check in The last two service experiences were less than expected. I had an appointment for 11am. One hour later, my car was still sitting in the check in area. I was there 4 hours for what should have been a relatively simple service. When I got home, my husband was looking at the receipt….he asked me why I declined to have an alignment, I told him that no one asked me if I wanted one. The service employees were obviously way overbooked. More
