Was generally professional and courteous throughout the procees. At the very end though, things were a little discombobulated. Really liked that this dealership had a good selection of new and used vehicles. Trent our dedicated sales and leasing associate was awesome! He really took time to listen to my wants and needs and answered new and used vehicles. Trent our dedicated sales and leasing associate was awesome! By taking time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle, I felt I had a better understanding about what I actually wanted. In the long run I know this will help because I will be more confident knowing that I found a vehicle that I really will LOVE for years to come. I bought a new car from Roman about 6 months ago and it didn’t come with a spare key, he later informed me that I have a right to a second key and that he would get that for me. I’ve tried multiple times c didn’t come with a spare key, he later informed me that I have a right to a second key and that he would get that for me. I’ve tried multiple times contacting him to get hooked up with the key and he ignores me, at this point I’m not sure what else to do. Super bummed on the accountability of Roman, and the lack of communication. I deserve a spare key for a $35,000 new vehicle! More
After several attempts to get a service advisor to call me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We ha me back, I finally had to physically go to Toyota and make an appointment and talk to the service manager to tell him how dissatisfied we were. We have been long term customers over 21 years. We’ve purchased 2 vehicles. We did get our truck in for service finally. Makes me think twice about buying another vehicle from Toyota if service is out of reach! This really saddened us. More businesses lack GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please don’t be one of these businesses. More
