Cesar Meraz was our car rep and did a terrific job getting us into a car we loved. He was never pushy, rude, or condescending (I am a female buyer and have had horrible treatment when buying cars befo getting us into a car we loved. The part took almost two weeks to arrive and I was without a car for that time. I had to go out of town and had to rent a vehicle which added to the cost. The repair alone was quite expensive.
